Oda Team, as part of Macondo Corp. was responsible for the Design and Construction Management of 16 new family housing units in the city of Chicago in a demonstration program established to formulate standards for new affordable housing for very low income families. The plan included the design of structures that were simple enough so that local small, local contractors could erect without much ado.
